Technical Requirements

The New Accounts application Web site uses one of the most secure forms of communication available. To access secure areas, your browser must allow 128-bit encryption and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) version 2.0 protocol. These technologies provide the highest level of security and privacy when you submit personal information.

We therefore recommend the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0, or higher browser version to access the Website. This browser can be downloaded at no additional cost from the Microsoft Website at: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp.

NOTE: Be sure you contact us at 1-877-950-9950 before you  start the online document process. We must give you a broker code and an office code before you can start filling out the documents online. If you process without the correct codes your application will be lost and will not process.

Step One....
Print Out The Application Form You Will Need

Individual Account/Joint Account or Sole Proprietorship

Partnership, Corporate Account, LLCs,Trust & Pension Plans

Step Two....
Print Out Both of The Following

Additional Risk Disclosure (required for all new accounts)

W-8BEN (required for all new foreign accounts)

Step Three....
Print Out The Additional Documents That Will Apply to You

Account Transfer  (use if you are transferring an existing futures account)

Letter of Direction ( use if broker trades a system for your account)

Additional Account Form (use if you want to open an additional account)

Electronic Statements Consent Form (use for statements by e-mail or internet) 

Supplemental Risk Disclosure (use if you have never traded Future before)

Canadian Non-Solicitation Statement

Fund Your Account

Please select one of the following options to fund your account:

1. Bank Wire Option

Bank wires are considered cleared funds and allow you to begin trading your account as soon as it is opened.

2. Checks

You can send checks. Certified and cashiers checks are considered cleared funds. However, personal checks, savings and loan checks and checks drawn on money market or credit union accounts require clearance. Personal checks can take up to 10 days to clear.

Pursuant to the USA Patriot Act money laundering rules, CMB Trade Group can no longer accept money orders or travelers checks.
